☀️ You do not need to be initiated to perform this Sadhana.
☀️Anyone over the age of 12 can do it, men, women (including menstruating women) can perform this Sadhana.
☀️A vegetarian diet is recommended but there are no hard-and-fast rules per se.
☀️ If you miss any day, the sadhana is compromised. Thereafter, you can either abandon or resume; it’s entirely up to you.
☀️In case you can’t do the Sadhana procedure, you may opt for a Japa of Siddha Surya Mantra for 108 times.
